Just a little update. I'm still here! I visit this site every day, I just do a lot of lurking. Art's been slow as usual as this quarantine sucks the life and all of my passion out of me. Things have been especially slow since Cyberpunk came out, lmao. :) Right now I'm just taking things one step at a time, I guess. I have a lot of things I need to do. Happy trails! :)

I don't like my profile's theme being orange, and I don't like my Halloween profile picture, Lol. I'm GOING BACK! I like it more the old way. Don't think I'll really be doing anything for Halloween this year because of the epidemic and all of that, buuuttt... I still have that one project in the works. I've had a lot more people follow me as of late, so if anyone on Newgrounds except that news person actually reads these little blog posts, I'll talk about it a little on here! :)

It's a short, text based adventure game where you help this funky little dude, John, with the choices you make. This is a little animation I did for the project where he picks up a lamp and throws it in a fit of rage. The lamp isn't there because it's going to be animated separately. I feel like an idiot, cause as of typing this and looking at the animation playing in the box above me, I realize there are a few frames where his head isn't fully colored in, and his colors bleed through his outline at other points. The problem I have is that I'm drawing a white character on a white background. (That white background just being a blank checkerboard pattern.) There's an option in Firealpaca to set when you want the background to be a set specific color, but I haven't used it yet. I really should the next time I animate this character again. It's a lot of fun working on this! I am NOT the creator of this project, I am simply the lead artist. Well, I'm the only artist, but it sounds more professional if I say "Lead Artist."

That's really it for now. I guess I'm using the blog feature for blogging now. I don't particularly know why I would, other than just out of boredom. Okay, I'm gonna stop procrastinating and actually get to work now... Thanks for reading! :)

New SPOOKY profile picture :

Just a spooky redraw of my normal profile picture. :) I'll probably do more themed profile pictures for the fun of it as the holidays come and go. More importantly, though, I'm currently brainstorming an animation for this Month's Halloween animation contest! My submission for the Among Us animation jam was a nice experiment, and I enjoyed making it a lot, even though people didn't seem to like it too much, lol. It won't throw me off, though, for something I made in just about 1.5 days, I'm fine with the score I've gotten. This time though, I wanna do better. I haven't gotten super far in it yet, since I've just started today, but here's a little drawing of a funny looking kid in a space suit.

Whether I work on it by myself of I get other people on board I'm not sure at the moment. All I know is that I'm gonna have fun with it. :)

I've listened to a ton of Pete Rock and INI in the past week. Both really good rap artists. That whole album is great, I recommend it if you're into that type of music. :)

I've only been on this site for about a month or two now but it's easily become my favorite place to hang out on the internet. Thank you to all the people who've followed me so far! Whether it was my posts on the forums or my artwork, I'm glad you've followed. :) I'll try my best to post artwork regularly. The past week or so has been really bad for me art-wise, but I'm settling back into things. Thanks for reading. :)
